FROM GUESSING TO
CLEAR OVERTONES
Many people are fascinated by overtone singing, but feel lost when they try to learn it alone. You may hear something happening in your voice, but not know how to isolate it. You may produce overtones sometimes, but not consistently. Or you may feel tension in the throat because you are trying too hard.
In these 1:1 sessions, I guide you in a clear, structured, step-by-step way. You will learn what to listen for, how to shape the mouth and tongue, how to stabilize the fundamental tone, and how to reveal the harmonics without unnecessary force. The goal is not to imitate someone else’s sound. The goal is to understand your own voice clearly enough that the overtones begin to appear naturally, consciously, and with more control.
MORE THAN LEARNING
A VOCAL TECHNIQUE
Overtone singing teaches us to listen differently.
As your perception becomes more refined, you begin to hear the hidden harmonics within every sound—and discover how small changes in the tongue, mouth, breath, and resonance can reveal an entire spectrum of tones within one voice.
This practice can become deeply meditative. It invites concentration without force, curiosity without judgment, and a direct experience of sound within the body.
My intention is not simply to teach you how to produce an overtone.
It is to help you understand what you are hearing, feel where the sound is resonating, and develop a technique that works naturally with your individual voice.

MY APPROACH
My own path with the voice has taught me that real progress does not come through force.
It comes through refined listening, awareness, patience, and learning how to work with the natural intelligence of the body.
In our sessions, I combine practical overtone-singing technique with an embodied understanding of resonance, breath, and sound.
I will listen closely, give you honest and precise feedback, and help you recognise the small adjustments that can create a significant change in your sound.
The space is focused, personal, and supportive.
There is room for technique and discipline—but also for exploration, surprise, and the mystery that appears when the voice begins to reveal sounds you did not know were inside you.

READY TO HEAR YOUR
VOICE DIFFERENTLY?
Your overtones are not something foreign that must be added to your voice. They are already present in every tone you sing.
The practice is one of learning to hear them, reveal them, and gradually shape them with greater awareness. I would be honoured to guide you into this world of sound.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need previous singing experience?
No. The sessions are suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced singers and sound practitioners. We begin with your current voice and experience.
What happens during the first session?
We begin by listening to your voice and exploring what you can already hear and produce. I then introduce exercises suited to your individual starting point and help you understand what to listen and feel for.
Can I book one session before choosing a package?
Yes. A single session is a good way to experience the work. When you already know that you want consistent guidance and practice between sessions, the three- or five-session journey offers greater continuity.
How frequently should I schedule package sessions?
For most people, one session every one or two weeks works well. This gives you time to practise and integrate between sessions.
Are the sessions only technical?
Technique is an important foundation, but overtone singing also develops listening, concentration, resonance, and awareness. We can keep the sessions primarily technical or include their meditative and creative dimensions, depending on your intention.
Where do the sessions take place?
Sessions are held online on zoom. After booking, you will receive the information and link needed to join.
